Starting a Story in Gunspell 2

To begin a story, you need keys and the required level of hero. Each story consists of several story missions dedicated to a specific hero, which can be challenging but rewarding.

Exploring Hero Stats and Inventory

Detailed stats of a hero or an item can be viewed by using a right mouse button click on its icon. You can also insert items into highlighted slots by dragging them into the selected slot. The slot is highlighted in the inventory section, where you'll find a complete list of items for each hero.

Choosing Heroes and Inserting Items

Choose a hero and proceed to the Inventory section to start inserting items. Click on the hero's slot to show a list of available items for that slot. To insert an item into an empty slot or replace an item, right-click on the crate icon to reveal possible content.

Crate Content and Rewards

Crates can contain cards of heroes and items, spells, keys, and gold. You can buy crates in the Store, which will open immediately with a bonus card. Crates are also rewarded for finished adventures and stories.

Leveling Up Heroes and Items

Level up becomes available when the quantity of cards (hero/item) reaches the required number. New hero levels improve some of his stats and usually open a new slot for an item. You can improve hero stats by raising the hero's level and/or levels of his items.

Using Items in Battle

When an item or spell is ready for use, you must drag the item template onto the battle field. Some items have templates that can be applied on the battlefield, allowing you to 'steal' enemy life, fill the shield, heal, remove all curses from the hero, and more.

Items can replace 'gems' on the field with other gems or coins, block enemy items, add mana, burn or steal mana from enemy slots. They can also apply buffs and debuffs on players, boosting or weakening their abilities.

Passive Item Effects and Mana

Some items have passive effects that change certain stats of the hero over time. Items can be charged with mana and have a pause between uses (cooldown). To use a charged item, you need to click on the active slot.

Characteristics and Details

To view characteristics of an item, right-click on the slot with the item. Characteristics are displayed in the upper corner of the screen when pressed.
